12. Programme Materials
All Programme Content has been created for educational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights remain the property of Myofascial Motion Limited or its licensors.

Reasonable personal notes made during the Programme are, of course, permitted.
13. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, branding, graphics, teaching frameworks, worksheets, presentations and Programme materials remain our intellectual property.

14. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- a reliable internet connection;
- a compatible web browser;
- suitable hardware for streaming video;
- the ability to download PDF resources where required.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your own equipment, internet connection or software.
15. Educational Nature of the Programme
The Programme provides education, guidance, coaching and practical implementation frameworks.
Individual results will vary.
Success depends upon many factors including (but not limited to):
- your level of implementation;
- consistency;
- previous experience;
- market conditions;
- business model;
- personal circumstances;
- factors outside our reasonable control.
While we are confident in the quality of the Programme, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular business outcome, number of clients, level of income or financial result.
16. Digital Content & Your Right to Cancel
The Programme contains digital content delivered through Kajabi.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
However, because access to the Programme is provided immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content.
By completing your purchase and accessing the Programme, you acknowledge and agree that:
- immediate performance of the contract has begun at your request;
- once digital content has been accessed, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations will end.
This acknowledgement is requested separately during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or not provided as described.
17. Our Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of the Positioning & Growth Programme and the value it can provide when fully implemented.
For that reason, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
The purpose of this guarantee is to remove the financial risk of investing in the Programme while ensuring that participants genuinely engage with the material.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Guarantee you must demonstrate that you have made a genuine and sustained effort to implement the Programme.
This includes, as a minimum:
- completing all eight teaching modules;
- completing all implementation worksheets and exercises in good faith;
- attending each live coaching session, or watching every replay where attendance was not possible;
- implementing the frameworks, systems and actions taught throughout the Programme within your own business, professional practice or professional profile;
- maintaining reasonable records of your implementation where requested;
- attending a final review meeting with a member of our team within 30 days of completing the Programme.
The review meeting forms part of the guarantee process and exists to ensure that no opportunities for improvement have simply been overlooked.
Implementation
The Guarantee is based upon genuine implementation rather than passive consumption.
Simply watching the videos or downloading worksheets does not satisfy the requirements of the Guarantee.
We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of implementation, including (where appropriate):
- completed worksheets;
- examples of published content;
- updated websites or social profiles;
- examples of messaging or offers created during the Programme;
- advertising campaigns;
- marketing assets;
- implementation notes.
Evidence requested will always be reasonable and proportionate.
Review Process
Following your review meeting, we will consider whether:
- the Programme has been completed in full;
- the implementation requirements have been met;
- the Programme has been applied in good faith.
If we are satisfied that these conditions have been fulfilled and you have still not achieved meaningful progress, we will refund 100% of the Programme Fee.
Meaningful progress does not necessarily mean financial gain or acquiring new clients.
Examples of meaningful progress may include improved positioning, clearer communication, stronger systems, increased confidence, improved marketing assets or measurable improvements in your marketing activity.
The decision regarding eligibility under the Guarantee will be made reasonably and in good faith.
Nothing within this Guarantee affects your statutory consumer rights.
The Guarantee may only be claimed once per participant.
18. Refunds
Outside of the Money-Back Guarantee described above, refunds will normally only be provided where required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to:

Recordings may be made available to other participants within the Programme as part of their learning experience.
Where reasonably possible, participants may choose to keep their camera switched off if they prefer not to appear visually in recordings.

We reserve the right to edit recordings where necessary before making them available within the Programme.
